Our staff are a very dedicated, caring and qualified team. They have many years of experience between them, and will treat each child with respect and as an individual. Each session is led by the Manager and/or the Deputy Manager, supported by four staff members. All staff have enhanced DBS checks, hold a paediatric First Aid qualification and have been trained in safeguarding.

Alison is our Manager. She holds an NVQ 3.

Naomi Pettigrew
Naomi is our Deputy Manager and holds an NVQ 3.
Favourite activity: The role play area – it’s wonderful to see the children use their imagination.
What I love most about working with children:
Watching the children grow and build their confidence over the years with us.
Fun fact: I have two beautiful grandchildren and I’m great at making paper aeroplanes!

Sarah holds an NVQ 3 and is our SENCO.

I enjoy having conversations with the children – their thoughts are always so insightful.
