For your convenience, please find below permission letters and slips that you may need to sign while your child is at our school.
- Sun Screen permission slip: Please will you give us permission to administer sunscreen to your child.
- Triangle photo permission letter: Please will you give us your permission to take photographs of your child to be put in their Learning Diary, Pre-School photograph albums and/or to be displayed at Pre-School, on our website and on our closed Facebook site.
