Our staff are a very dedicated, caring and qualified team. They have many years of experience between them, and will treat each child with respect and as an individual. Each session is led by the Manager and/or the Deputy Manager, supported by four staff members. All staff have enhanced DBS checks, hold a paediatric First Aid qualification and have been trained in safeguarding.

Alison is our Manager. She holds an NVQ 3.

Seeing them grow in confidence and creating a nurturing environment for their learning.
Fun fact: I love baking with my grandchildren.
Naomi Pettigrew
Naomi holds an NVQ 3.
Favourite activity: The role play area – it’s wonderful to see the children use their imagination.
What I love most about working with children:
Watching the children grow and build their confidence over the years with us.
Fun fact: I have two beautiful grandchildren and I’m great at making paper aeroplanes!

Sarah Collins
Sarah holds an NVQ 3 and is our SENCO.

I enjoy having conversations with the children – their thoughts are always so insightful.
Fun fact: I’m a huge Saints fan!
Yan Wong
Favourite activity: I really enjoy doing crafts with the children.
What I love most about working with children:
I learn so much from the children. I especially enjoy sitting with them, listening, and playing together.
Fun fact: I’m great at sports!

Favourite activity: Crafts! It’s wonderful to see the children learning through creativity.

I love encouraging their creativity and watching them express themselves.
Fun fact: I’m from Jersey and spend a lot of time sewing and crafting.
